What is the return policy?
Would you like to return or exchange your item? It’s possible!
You have 14 days after receiving your order to do so:
- Contact us by email info@musettecyclingclub.com and mention your order number
- Return the item to: Chemin de Baye 16, 1807 Blonay, Switzerland
- Return shipping costs are at your expense
- Once we receive your item, within 48 business hours we will either refund you or send you a new item
In general, incomplete, damaged, or soiled returned items cannot be accepted or refunded.
What are the shipping costs?
We prepare your package within 24 to 72 business hours after your order is placed.
Shipping costs are as follows:
- Free: within Switzerland – Swiss Post Economy (2 to 4 business days)
- Within Switzerland: flat rate of CHF 10.– for Swiss Post Priority
- Rest of the world: flat rate of CHF 13.–
What sould I do if my order is damaged?
If your item is damaged during delivery, you can notify us by email info@musettecyclingclub.com immediately after receiving your order.
Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed with a replacement. Your shipping costs will then be reimbursed.
Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are made in a small factory in Italy. We produce in small quantities using high-quality materials. In addition, our textiles are handmade and certified OEKO-TEX®.
Is it possible to customize musette products?
You can customize clothing for your club, company, or event, with a minimum order of 10 pieces.
