Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused
- clean
- complete
- in their original condition
- returned with original tags and packaging
Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage may not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges are available on full-priced items only.
How does it work?
Simply send an email to info@musettecyclingclub.com including:
- your order number
- your request (return or exchange)
You can then send your item back to:

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will either send the requested replacement item or process your refund according to your request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Current shipping information:
- Free shipping within Switzerland
- International shipping: CHF 13.–
Incorrect or defective items
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@musettecyclingclub.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
